Controversial Nollywood actor, Uche Maduagwu has said that he supported Ilebaye because she is humble like singer, 2baba and also revealed that it’s overconfidence and lack of humility that made Mercy Eke and CeeC lose the contest.
He made this known in a post via his verified Instagram page days after Ilebaye won the N120 million grand prize over her 5 other finalists, Mercy, CeeC, Cross, Pere and Adekunle.
He went ahead to quote a scriptural verse that says “God resist the proud but give Grace to the humble”.
He wrote; “I supported ILEBAYE because she’s humble like 2baba, humility Na sign of Em*tional intelligence. All those saying ILEBAYE carry PITY vote win are EN*MIES of progress.
