Nigerian superstar singer, Tiwa Savage has bagged a honorary doctorate from the University of Kent.
The University shared videos and photos of social media with the caption:
“Tiwa studied Business at Kent before she embarked on her incredible career – a reminder to all our graduates today to reach for the stars! ✨🤩
Congratulations Dr @TiwaSavage! 👏
We’re super proud to have awarded the Queen of Afrobeats an honorary doctorate at Canterbury Cathedral this morning.”
They also wrote a quote from Tiwa which reads:
“I’m super proud and I want you to go out there, have fun and kill it. Be the best you that you can be because you truly deserve it.”
“That’s the message for our Class of 2022 from Kent alumni and afrobeat superstar @TiwaSavage.”

Tiwa recently celebrated her birthday, sharing a beautiful photo with a caption which says her young look is as a result of having a baby face, a good heart and plenty money.
