She also tagged Nigeria’s National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) and several of its state branches in her post, seemingly seeking to reinforce her stance.

However, Stanley Ontop was quick to challenge her, calling the test result fake and daring her to take a fresh test at a recognized medical facility. In his response, he wrote:

“Dear Queen of Drogs, come let’s go to Asaba FMC or Asaba Specialist Hospital to conduct your test.
I will write to the Ministry of Health Abuja to know who issued you this fake certificate. Because I will beat my chest 100% that this lab result is fake fake fake.
You just shot yourself on the leg, the Ministry of Health Ontop is coming for you… I want to know who issued that result to Queeneth.”

Stanley further cited Nigerian laws on forgery, highlighting Section 467 of the Criminal Code Act, which states that forging documents is a felony punishable by up to three years in prison. He also referenced Section 465, which provides for imprisonment of up to two years or a fine for anyone found guilty of forgery.

Expressing his determination to escalate the matter, he stated:

“Ministry of Health and @officialefcc get ready for my petition ✊🏼✊🏼✊🏼. Let’s sanitize Nollywood.
Yesterday was Sunday and 9th March 2025, I have not seen where a test result comes out on a Sunday. Investigation will tell. Shalom!!!”

As the drama unfolds, fans and industry insiders are closely watching to see how the authorities will respond to Stanley’s allegations and whether Queen Hilbert will take further steps to defend her claims.
