Former Miss Nigeria, lawyer and bbnaija star, Beauty Tukura has taken legal actions against a social media user identified as Ruby Deborah Batubo who accused her being a bully while they were in secondary school.
Part of the legal statement from the management team of Beauty Tukura reads;
We act as management for Beauty Etsanyi Tukura, an esteemed reality tv star…….on whose behalf we release this public statement ……….
This accusation was profoundly surprising to our client who maintains a firm stance against any form of bullying. Consequently, in addressing the matter, we conducted a thorough investigation and verification with our client’s alma matter, the American University Of Nigeria Academy….to confirm whether or not, Ruby Deborah Batubo was indeed a student. Upon conclusion of our investigation, it was discovered that there is no record of Ruby Deborah Batubo ever attending the aforementioned institution…………
We emphasize that these allegations against our client are not only malicious but also unequivocally baseless completely lacking in truth……
