In a related news, Supreme Court has adjourned the “New Naira Note” case against CBN till February 22.
The Supreme Court has adjourned till February 22 hearing in a suit filed by Kaduna, Kogi and Zamfara states against the Federal Government seeking a restraining order to stop the full implementation of the naira redesign policy of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
The court began hearing on the case today February 15.
