In a latest development, the Government of Seychelles has imposed a ban on Nigerian passport holders from visiting the country for holiday purposes.
This was confirmed by a Mathias Adidi, who is the president of Nigerian community in Seychelles via his official Twitter handle.
He shared a screenshot which appeared to be a Seychelles visa application rejection mail.
In his tweet , he made it known that someone from Nigeria is sending Nigerians to bring drug to Seychelles and it’s very dangerous.
He also added that Seven Nigerians were arrested last week on Friday.
However, in his tweet, he didn’t disclose the name of the person sending Nigerians to bring drugs into the country.

MO Media recalls that in December 2022, the Government of Nigeria and Seychelles signed a treaty that would enable direct flight between the Two countries.
