In his statement, he emphasized that love isn’t based on material things and that true happiness is crucial in any relationship.

If I have to buy you something before you feel happy, that is not love. I wanted happiness. When you date the wrong person, you will know the value of happiness. If we can’t create a wall of happiness whenever we are together, it’s not worth it.”

Addressing rumors that he ended things with Ada Uli after attending gospel singer Moses Bliss’ wedding in Ghana, Deacon Famous clarified that he had already met his wife before that event.

A good person can come from any tribe. I met my wife even before Moses Bliss’ wedding,” he stated, debunking claims that he was influenced by Bliss’ decision to marry a British citizen.

His response comes just days after Ada Uli posted a cryptic message of her own, hinting at a painful breakup, saying, It’s okay to love someone like your life depends on it and also very okay to leave them if your life is threatened by them.”

The drama surrounding Deacon Famous’ love life has also affected his friendship with actress Ekene Umenwa, who unfollowed him after allegedly wishing Ada Uli a happy birthday days before his wedding.

While Deacon Famous has now spoken his truth, social media remains divided, with some supporting his perspective and others accusing him of emotional manipulation.
