The court ruled that Omininikoron should kept in detention for 30 days.

The late Bamise went missing after boarding a Lagos Bus Rapid Transit with number plate 240257 from Chevron bus stop at Lekki to Oshodi, at about 7p.m.

The young lady, who was heading to her elder brother’s place at Idimu, never made it to her destination and could not be reached on phone until her remains were found at the morgue in the Mainland Hospital, Yaba, Lagos.

Two days later, the fleeing driver of the bus, Andrew Nice, was arrested at his hideout in Ososa, Ogun State by the Department of State Services.

Nice, who claimed his BRT bus was hijacked by some unknown assailants, was apprehended along with the man that harboured him.
