Stonebwoy, took to his Instagram page to voice his displeasure towards the Nigerian music industry, taking sides with Shatta Wale on the topic.

Shatta Wale recently threw a shade at Nigerian singers after he sold out the second biggest stadium in Ghana, according to him, he was told that he would not be able to sell out a Ghanaian stadium without inviting a Nigerian artiste to perform.
He was able to fill the Accra Sports Stadium and went on to slam all singers from the country, stating that he doesn’t need them for anything.
In an update of the event, Stonebwoy, in this statement released via Twitter on Thursday, December 30, 2021, stated that Shatta Wale, although did not present his statement appropriately, was indeed pointing his fingers towards the right path, concluding that Shatta Wale was right to blame Nigerian artistes the way he did. He said;
“My brother, Shatta Wale’s approach might be wrong, but the topic of our brother nation, Nigeria not reciprocating the love and support it receives from Ghana is valid and deserves critical attention.”
